Dylan “DWILL” Williams has barbering in his blood. Grooming is truly in his DNA, with his grandmother also being a Master Barber. DWILL began cutting his own hair and his little brother’s hair when his mother moved their family to a small town in Arkansas. The town lacked a barber proficient in cutting Black hair, and from that need, DWILL DA BARBER was born—and the clippers have never left his hand since. His entrepreneurial spirit has always lived within him. At just 16, he started a car-washing business, and by 18, he had secured contracts with apartment maintenance teams to clean apartment units. Working for himself has always been the goal, and that vision led to the creation of his first full-service barber venue. Dylan is the proud father of two amazing sons, DJ and Karter, who absolutely adore their dad. Look out, Franklin—he’s just getting started.
