Services
​
Apex Barber Lounge provides professional barbering and grooming services, including in-shop services (upon opening) and mobile/house call services. All services are provided at the client’s request and discretion.

Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be scheduled through our booking platform or by contacting us directly. For mobile and house call services, clients are required to provide an accurate service address after booking. Failure to provide a valid address may result in cancellation of the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise inappropriate for service.
Mobile & House Call Services
By booking a mobile or house call appointment, you agree to:

Provide a safe, clean, and accessible service environment

Ensure adequate lighting, seating, and space for service

Secure pets and minimize distractions during the appointment

Provide reasonable parking or access for our service provider
Apex Barber Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation if the delay impacts scheduled appointments. Full service fees may still apply.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services or appointments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal grooming services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us promptly so we may address them.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to service. Apex Barber Lounge is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Services are provided “as is,” and individual results may vary.
Liability Waiver
By receiving services from Apex Barber Lounge, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with grooming services. Apex Barber Lounge, its owners, and service providers shall not be held liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages unless caused by gross negligence.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during appointments.

Changes to Terms
Apex Barber Lounge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
