Stephen White is the behind-the-scenes force at Apex Barber Lounge, bringing a strong background in IT, systems, and operations to the business. While Dylan leads the shop floor, Stephen focuses on infrastructure, technology, and strategy—making sure everything runs smoothly so the team can focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. Born in Canada and relocating to Tennessee in 2019, Stephen now lives in the same community as the shop. Seeing a clear need for a high-quality men’s grooming destination in the area, he partnered with Dylan to help build a refined, reliable, and community-driven barber lounge. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys playing hockey in his free time and spending time with his wife, Ari, and their two children.
